Business Email Service

What is the best free email service in your opinion? ?

We hate yahoos email, gmail , hotmail and AOL..are there any others that are good..we have gmail and there are so many things Ive noticed I don't like about it ..i.e you can't set the reply settings to a certain font for all times, you can't set it to ding when you have an email , there are no folders to use and so on ...so what do u like?
