What is the best free email service where you can check all your emails from one place?

I tried E-Prompter and had issues ...just saw Fuser but haven't looked into it yet. https://fuser.com/default.aspx Any suggestions? I'm looking for something easy to use. If it comes with email alerts, that would be awesome. I'm really liking this Pop Peeper!
