How do I find contact info for a business?

I am trying to contact a specific business and have had NO success via their web site because it is juct the Customer Service email. I need to contact the "big wigs" in charge. Is Dunn and Bradstreet a good source or where do I go? Help!

1. You can find contact information for a business through yellow pages, telephone directory, B2B web sites as www.tardeindia. com, indiamart.com & many others available on net. you can also get contact information through referrals.
2. go to.... bbb.org Better Business Bureau If this is a "big" company, you'll be able to find all the information you need... Dunn & Bradstreet is like Equifax, Experian, or Transunion (business credit)... You will not get too far because all of their information is under the Privacy Policy Act... Good Luck!
3. Try the web yellow pages and look up the business phone number. This should get you into the main office and good luck from there.
