What's a good Professional Email Hosting Service that has blacklist protection and good spam prevention?

My company has about 100 employees who need stable, reliable, spam-free, unblacklisted e-mail services with good support for end-users. We are currently being hosted on a web server and it has gotten hacked a few times and causing us to get blacklisted by almost every network. Who do you suggest?

However some of them are only email hosts, thats what they specialize in and thats all they do. There are 21 hosts on that list and they are all rated based on a minimum of 1000 user comments/reviews over the last 6 months.
Yahoo or google are good sites
