I changed email hosting providers. I get most email except from AOL and RoadRunner users. Do they update DNS? I recently changed my email hosting provider. I updated my MX record to point to the mailhost for my new provider. I am receiving email from most people, however email sent from friends who use AOL and RoadRunner as ISPs, does not arrive. I have used DNS tools that display MX records (dnsstuff.com, iptools.com, mxtoolbox.com) and my MX record is set correctly. Since I am receiving mail from other people and businesses I am am assuming the problem resides with AOL and Road Runner. Am I wrong?
