Small Business domain email service is broken? My Small Business domain email has been failing since Saturday evening (March 8, 2009). It is now Monday, March 10 and is is still broken. All I get from Yahoo! via chat is that ticket 2586336 has been opened on the issue and they are working on it. Does anyone know what is going on? Looks like whatever broke was noticed on Saturday and they've been trying to fix it ever since. Email service similar to Outlook but online? At work I use Outlook with Word as my message editor. I love that it helps me with sentence and word corrections that I might have over looked. The problem is that I usually check my personal email at work as well. Since I already use my business email through outlook I have to go online to yahoo.com to look into my personal account. Yahoo's message editor is not all that great. I would like to either use the outlook for both but with out combining emails and with out risking loosing any emails. Or I want to get some suggestions on a new email service with a great editor and functionality like outlook if any body knows of one. I tried Google's mail (Gmail) but I like yahoo's better. Yahoo's update has crapped on my Yahoo email service? I'm not sure whether I'm completely right but it seems that the scripting & frames involved in Yahoo have disappeared & therefore my ability to use the email service has been substantially impaired. Its not the company, its the bad phone lines that mess up my connection and often lock up my computer. Since I live in the sticks, I can't get cable, DSL, or anything but mega-expensive satellite.
